Exchanges are considered only in extreme circumstances and must meet all conditions:

Item is unopened, unused, and unaltered

Original packaging intact

No installation, cutting, coloring, styling, or removal from bundles

Approved exchanges are limited to equal or lesser value only. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be reviewed.
