At LuxeDollCity, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair products and ensuring your order is processed with care. Please review our policy before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to all terms and conditions.

SHIPPING & PROCCESSING

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 3 PM PST may begin processing the next business day.

• Custom services (coloring, wig customization, etc.) require additional processing time. Clients will be notified of timelines prior to fulfillment.

• Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.  ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. Customers are required to have someone available to receive and sign for their delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking information and arrange redelivery or pickup from the local USPS location if delivery is missed. We are not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or returned packages due to failure to track and sign. Returned packages due to address errors may require a reshipping fee.
