By accessing our website, browsing our store, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein, including our Shipping and Privacy Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Use of Services

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Services

LuxeDollCity offers luxury hair extensions, wigs, and related services.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.

  • Variations in color, texture, wave pattern, and appearance may occur due to lighting, processing, or screen settings.

  • We do not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations.

All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are not confirmed or accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once accepted.

By placing an order, you confirm that all billing and contact information provided is accurate and authorized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • LuxeDollCity is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or events beyond our control.

  • Once an order is transferred to USPS, risk of loss and responsibility passes to the customer.

  • LuxeDollCity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as “delivered” by USPS.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to hygiene and quality-control standards:

  • No refunds or returns are accepted.

  • Exchanges are considered only in extreme circumstances and must meet all conditions:

    • Item is unopened, unused, and unaltered

    • Original packaging intact

    • No installation, cutting, coloring, styling, or removal from bundles

Approved exchanges are limited to equal or lesser value only. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be reviewed.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product details before purchasing

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Proper care, maintenance, and installation of hair products

LuxeDollCity is not responsible for issues caused by improper handling, installation, or maintenance.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact LuxeDollCity directly to attempt resolution before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback for an order that complies with LuxeDollCity policies—including final sale items or packages marked as delivered by USPS—may be considered fraudulent activity.

LuxeDollCity reserves the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks with supporting documentation

  • Submit proof including order confirmation, tracking, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance

  • Suspend or permanently ban customers who file excessive or unjustified chargebacks

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, branding, images, text, graphics, and media—is the exclusive property of LuxeDollCity and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Transmit malware or harmful code

  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior

Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LuxeDollCity makes no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

11. Limitation of Liability
